Frequently Asked Questions by the Customers About Ritu's Dreamland Cakes

1. How Long Does it Take to Deliver the Cake to My Doorstep?

You will have to place the order for the cake at least three days ahead. Our cakes are baked fresh from scratch without any preservatives or additives. So, your cake will be baked only after your order is confirmed. If you want the cake on Sunday evening the order must be confirmed by Friday morning at the latest.

Your cake will be delivered to you exactly when you want it. P.S. Transportation costs are extra.

2. Can I Cancel my Order Whenever I Want?

Your order will be confirmed after you have paid 50% of the price of the cake in advance. You can cancel the order whenever you want but the advance will not be refunded.

3. Can I Change my Order Whenever I Want?

We have a clear discussion with our clients before confirming their orders. Knowing the client's preference is of utmost importance and we aim to deliver exactly what has been ordered. Whether or not you can modify your order depends on the time at which you are requesting the change. If your cake has been baked, we will be unable to change the flavor. However, the decoration can be changed with one day in hand. Modifications and changes will be allowed only once per order.

4. What Are the Price Range of Cakes of Different Size and Weight?

The price of your cake depends on the flavor and the decoration that you want. Our cakes are weighed in pounds and the final price will depend on the weight that you want.

5. Will You Refund the Money I Paid If I am Not Satisfied with the Cake?

We strive to deliver the best in quality and have never had a dissatisfied customer. In the unfortunate event that you are not fully satisfied with cake please let us know the specific reason for the same and we will work together to come to a mutually acceptable solution.

6. Will You Refund the Money in Case the Cake Found Damaged?

Yes if the cake is delivered by us. For a pickup, the cake will be packed in front of you. However, in this case, there will be no refund for damages due to transportation.

7. Can I Customize the Cake According to My Preferences?

Of course, you can and we will be glad to help you with that. We at Dreamland Cakes design cakes that you dream of. We would love to bake according to your choice of flavors and decorations.
